Our Menu celebrates locally sourced food and produce:
- Clive Clarke, a local farmer/craft butcher, will roast a pig on a spit.
- Peter Ward from Country Choice provides Tipperary vegetables, salads and dairy producers star for vegetarian dinners, sides and desserts.
