Saturday August 31st Celebratory Dinner 

 
Our Menu celebrates locally sourced food and produce: 
  • Clive Clarke, a local farmer/craft butcher, will roast a pig on a spit.
  • Peter Ward from Country Choice provides Tipperary vegetables, salads and dairy producers star for vegetarian dinners, sides and desserts.
  • Beverages include:

    Welcome Woodland Cocktail by Frank Flores
  • A special Field Exchange Festival beer brewed by Canvas Brewery from organic Hunter Barley grown on Brookfield Farm
    Cider by Con Traas from Tipperary - The Apple Farm
    Wine and soft drinks are available.

Time:The Feast starts at 7-7:30pm (after the Ackroyd and Harvey art opening featuring two Creative Farming Ambassadors)
